When I was on vacation in the Philippines, I always buy Nino Muhlach Ensaymada, aside from it’s delicious, it’s affordable. too bad, I am not a good baker. I would bake cake or brownies, but it would come from the box. I just didn’t get any talent in baking. My aunt on the other hand can make siopao, ensaymada, pancit malabon (my fave) but, unfortunately, she’s around 10 hours away from us. So, now all I can do is drool over this picture and pray that hopefully, I will be able to learn how to make this swirled bread with sugar, butter or cheese on top. Yum!
