When my aunt used to do caterings, I went with her couple of times, and I learned a lot from her, for buffet table setting and food preparations. I might not be an expert but I can kind of do something better than no style at all.
During Jen’s birthday party, she made hot wings and egg rolls, and I thought of just making the food look more appetizing by putting green leaf lettuce on the platter and then put the food over it. It gave a more edible taste. I always hear people say, it’s how you prepare you food is one way of making it look tastes better. It worked, coz there was no left over. Hahaha! I also put some candles in between the platters.
